Singer Jo Dee Messina closes Italian FestivalCLARKSBURG – The 35th annual West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival ended Sunday on a good note, courtesy of country music star Jo Dee Messina. Messina gave a spirited concert that included hits such as “Heads Carolina, Tails California” and “I’m Alright” and new material from a self-produced album being released this month.
