From the looks of her tour schedule, Jo Dee Messina doesn't plan to slow down much this year. The spunky redhead, who's nominated in the female vocalist category of both the Academy of Country Music and the TNN awards, kicked off 2000 with an Australian tour. Then in February and March, she opened more than 20 shows on the Judds' Power To Change reunion tour.

Jo Dee's upcoming show schedule -- mainly fairs, festivals and amphitheaters -- finds her headlining most of the time. She'll open for the Judds once more, though, at the duo's Nashville-area tour finale June 10. Then June 12-16, Jo Dee will make appearances at her fan club booth at Nashville's Fan Fair. Her third album, the follow-up to the double-platinum I'm Alright, should hit stores around that time. In September, Jo Dee heads to Switzerland to perform at the Gstaad Festival.
