From the looks of her tour schedule, Jo Dee Messina doesn't plan to slow down much this year. The spunky redhead, who's nominated in the female vocalist category of both the Academy of Country Music and the TNN awards, kicked off 2000 with an Australian tour. Then in February and March, she opened more than 20 shows on the Judds' Power To Change reunion tour.
