Fan Fair 2000 announced that this year would be the last one held at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds and we can't say we blame them after following Jo Dee around during that week. When that fiery redhead hit Fan Fair, there were nothing but ashes left from all the excitement she generated from the fans.
