JO DEE MESSINA TO PERFORM AT CMA'S RIVERFRONT STAGE

The Country Music Association announced the performers set to appear on its free Chevrolet Riverfront Stage during CMA Music Festival, which is June 7-10 in downtown Nashville.
Montgomery Gentry will kick off the series of shows at 10 a.m. June 7.
Other artists performing on the stage during the four-day festival include: Jo Dee Messina, Wade Bowen, Lee Brice, Laura Bell Bundy, Craig Campbell, Edens Edge, Brett Eldredge, The Farm, Colt Ford, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, Gloriana, JT Hodges, Steve Holy, Casey James, Jana Kramer, Tracy Lawrence, LoCash Cowboys, Lonestar, Love and Theft, Neal McCoy, Craig Morgan, Lorrie Morgan, David Nail, Heidi Newfield, Jerrod Niemann, Oak Ridge Boys, James Otto, Sawyer Brown, Corey Smith, Sunny Sweeney, Josh Thompson, Mel Tillis, Uncle Kracker, Phil Vassar, James Wesley and Darryl Worley.

For a country artist based in Nashville, Jo Dee Messina has been logging plenty of face time on 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta.' She first appeared on the Bravo reality series back in January, and tomorrow night (March 18), she'll return for another episode.
Messina will once again be seen working with cast member Kandi Burruss, a Grammy-winning songwriter and former member of the pop group Xscape. In the episode, Burruss journeys to Nashville to record 'I Won't Give Up On You' and 'Money Don't Grow on Trees,' both of which she wrote with Jo Dee and Lil' Ronnie, a song scribe known for his work with Britney Spears and R. CURB RECORDS/NASHVILLE artist JO DEE MESSINA will host a “NIGHT OF NOSTALGIA” on SATURDAY MARCH 3rd, at 7p (CT) in NASHVILLE. The casino night will be held at the MAXWELL HOUSE HOTEL and will raise money for the non-profit HOLY TRINITY MONTESSORI SCHOOL.” MESSINA is working closely with the school to build a 6,000-square-foot school for students up through third grade, and possibly fifth, offering an affordable education.
MESSINA said, “This isn’t about just a cause I believe in or the latest celebrity charity. I want this campaign to show that even in a time when people feel there is little hope, that there IS hope and dreams still DO come true. I chose it because we need people from all over to carry us with their support to make this dream come true.”
